Job Title: Business Intelligence ManagerLocation: Delhi HQCompany: MARS CosmeticsRole PurposeBuild the reporting and decision-support backbone of MARS by turning business data into clear dashboards, insights, and action-oriented visibility across functions.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and own business dashboards across sales, marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, procurement, finance, and operations.Create clear MIS, exception reports, trend analyses, and performance trackers for leadership review.Standardize KPIs, reporting definitions, and data views across teams.Identify leakages, bottlenecks, underperformance, and operational deviations through data analysis.Work with business teams to convert raw data into practical insights and decision support.Improve reporting automation and reduce manual, fragmented, spreadsheet-heavy reporting.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of business data used for reviews and decision-making.Support leadership with weekly, monthly, and ad hoc analysis on key business priorities.Partner with tech, process excellence, and functional teams to strengthen data systems and reporting discipline.Ideal Candidate Profile4–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, MIS, analytics, reporting, or data-driven business roles.Strong grip on Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI/Tableau/Looker or similar tools.Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex business data into actionable insights.Comfortable working across functions and engaging with senior stakeholders.Detail-oriented, structured, and highly reliable with numbers.Experience in FMCG, consumer brands, retail, D2C, or distribution-led businesses preferred.What Success Looks LikeLeadership gets timely, accurate, and decision-useful dashboards.Key business metrics become visible, standardized, and easy to track.Teams have better visibility on performance, gaps, and priorities.Manual reporting effort reduces meaningfully.Data starts driving sharper execution and faster problem-solving across MARS.Why Join MARSThis role sits at the center of decision-making and execution visibility at MARS.
