Job DescriptionThe Senior Account Manager – New Business is responsible for driving net-new client acquisition for ServiceNow solutions. This role focuses on identifying new enterprise opportunities, opening strategic accounts, and converting prospects into long-term customers. The objective is to build a strong new-logo pipeline, close high-value deals, and establish Aelum as a trusted ServiceNow partner.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Client Acquisition & Business DevelopmentIdentify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients for ServiceNow solutionsOwn the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closureBuild and manage a robust new-business pipeline aligned to revenue targetsEngage senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position ServiceNow-led solutionsSales Strategy & Deal ExecutionDevelop and execute account acquisition strategies for target industries and geographiesLead discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and commercial negotiationsDrive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a consultative selling approachProduct & Market ExpertiseMaintain strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, modules, and use casesStay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and ServiceNow releasesArticulate value propositions clearly to business and technical decision-makersCollaboration & Partner EngagementWork closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design winning solutionsCollaborate with OEMs and partners where applicable in partner-led sales motionsEnsure smooth transition from sales to delivery post-deal closureForecasting & ReportingOwn sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM updatesTrack performance against targets and provide regular updates to leadershipQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field 7 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development (IT services / SaaS)Proven track record in new-logo acquisition and first-time revenue generationExperience selling ServiceNow or similar enterprise platformsStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in high-growth, target-driven environmentsPreferred ExperienceSelling to enterprise or mid-market customersPartner-led and/or direct sales exposureExperience in IT service management or enterprise software ecosystemWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent new customer winsStrong pipeline creation and conversionHigh ownership and accountability for revenue outcomes
