The role involves activating new partnerships & managing partnerships with international luxury fashion boutiques, sourcing curated product selections, and ensuring seamless coordination with suppliers and retailers. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, overseeing the buying strategy, and ensuring product assortments align with brand standards. The role also requires cultivating strong relationships with partners while working closely with the internal team to meet business objectives.QualificationsProficiency in Sales and a strong ability to build and maintain partnershipsExperience or expertise in Fashion Buying Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and decision-making capabilitiesExperience in luxury retail or a related field is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related disciplineProficiency in Italian and English is highly beneficial
