In this role, you will work closely with the engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders to help build and improve products for our customers, employees, or partners.About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Manager to own and scale our Inspector App — a mission-critical internal product used daily by on-ground inspectors, evaluators, and workshop teams.This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and business. You will work closely with field teams, operations, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in inspection volume, turnaround time (TAT), productivity, cost, and quality. Additionally you will be responsible for making life easier for ground staff and enabling them to complete inspections faster, cheaper, and more accurately.If you enjoy building products enabling both internal employees and customers, solving messy operational problems, and driving impact through process+ tech, this role is for you.What You’ll doOwn the end-to-end experience of on-ground inspectors across planning, allocation, execution, and closure of inspections.Build features that help inspectors complete more inspections per day with less friction.Improve productivity by enabling smarter job allocation (optimized routing, reduced idle time).Design systems and workflows to scale the number of inspections happening daily without compromising quality.Identify bottlenecks across the inspection lifecycle and solve them through product and process improvements.Help us price & procure cars more effectively with extremely accurate inspections.Own key metrics for the product and help define clear, measurable goals for the sameIdeate and build the product roadmap and manage prioritization and tradeoffsDo user research to generate insights that feed into the roadmapWrite product requirement documents and ensure clear communication between design, development, and business teamsMonitor and measure the impact of the features being delivered and do course corrections as neededWho you areB.Tech/B.E and MBA/PGDM from a Tier I institute preferred3-5 years of product management or related experience in an agile development environmentExcellent problem solving and analytical abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsUnderstand technology and be willing to learn and get your hands dirty where you don't
