The ideal candidate should be extremely fast and precise with CAD and capable of preparing complete working drawing sets for interior projects.This role requires someone who understands interior design standards, construction details and modular systems thoroughly and can translate design concepts into clear, accurate, GFC drawings.Key Responsibilities1. Complete Drawing Set PreparationThe candidate will be responsible for preparing the entire technical drawing package for projects.This includes:* Furniture layout drawings* KWS (Kitchen–Wardrobe–Storage) drawings* Custom furniture detail drawings* Wardrobe internal layouts* Kitchen module drawings* Section and detail drawings* Material and finish callouts2. Interior Technical DrawingsThe candidate must be capable of preparing detailed drawings for:* False ceiling layouts* Electrical layouts* Lighting layouts* Switch and socket placements* Furniture elevations* Joinery details* Section drawings* Accuracy and clarity of drawings are critical for site execution3. AutoCAD Expertise (Core Requirement)AutoCAD will be the primary responsibility of this role.The candidate must:* Work very fast and efficiently in AutoCAD* Maintain clean and well organised drawing files* Follow clear layer standards* Produce high quality CAD presentation drawings* Maintain proper dimensioning, annotation and detailing* Strong CAD skills 4. Design CoordinationThe candidate will work closely with the principal designer / design team.Responsibilities include:* Translating design concepts into technical drawings* Updating drawings quickly and accurately post design meetings* Incorporating design changes efficiently* Ensuring that drawings remain consistent and coordinated* Ability to produce high quality working drawingsKnowledge RequirementsThe candidate must have thorough knowledge of interior design standards, including:* Kitchen planning standards* Wardrobe internal layouts* Furniture ergonomics* Electrical and lighting planning* False ceiling detailing* Standard interior dimensions and clearancesQualifications* 3-5 years of experience in interior design documentation* Extremely detail-oriented and technically strong* Comfortable handling complete drawing sets for projects* Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD,Sketchup,Vray* Able to work quickly without compromising accuracy*Experience in FF&E selection, sourcing, and coordination*Strong project management and organizational skills*Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, vendors, and team members*A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
