This role is central to improving operational efficiency, enhancing patient/client experience, and optimizing program outcomes through innovative technology and data-driven processes. You will oversee projects from planning through execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, cross-functional alignment, and delivery against organizational goals. This is an opportunity to help build the future of human performance and longevity.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of AI powered health and wellness clinics.Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, operations, HR, and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.Define, track, and report KPIs and performance metrics to executive leadership.Partner closely with the Director and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to ensure clinical alignment, regulatory compliance, and strategic execution.Required skills and Experience:MBA in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.1+ year of project management experience in healthcare or wellness.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.A ninja at building alignment by influence.Experience in fast-growing startups, ideally across 0–1 and 1–100 growth stages.PMP certification preferred.
