Role Description The Graphic Designer with Hospitality Experience will work on-site, full-time at our Bengaluru location. The role involves creating compelling visual content, including graphics and branding materials, that align with the hotel's identity. Key responsibilities include designing marketing collateral, logo creation, maintaining brand guidelines, and contributing to the visual consistency of both digital and print materials. The designer will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to support campaigns that elevate the guest experience and strengthen the hotel's visual presence. Qualifications Experience in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality creative workProficiency in Logo Design and Branding that aligns with established brand guidelinesUnderstanding and application of Typography principles to enhance visual quality and communicationDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projectsProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferredBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related fieldStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional teamAdaptability and creativity in delivering designs within tight deadlines
