The Role Performance Marketing Intern — Full-time, On-site | NSP, New Delhi We’re looking for someone hungry to build a career in paid media. You’ll get your hands dirty running and optimizing real campaigns with big budgets, not making decks or fetching coffee. If you’ve already spent time inside Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads and want to go deeper, this is for you. What You’ll Do Assist in launching and managing paid campaigns across Meta and/or Google Monitor performance metrics daily and flag what’s working and what isn’t Support the team in testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies Help analyze data and translate it into clear, actionable next steps What We’re Looking For Some hands-on exposure to Meta Ads or Google Ads — even personal projects count A genuine drive to learn fast and take ownership Comfort working with numbers and spotting patterns in data Good communication — you’ll be working closely with the team, not in isolation Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is a plus, not a requirement What Matters Most Attitude over credentials.
