To provide front-desk reception services for patients visitors and to perform phlebotomy blood specimen collection and related laboratory sample management tasks thereby supporting smooth workflow in the clinic lab and ensuring excellent patient experience Reception Duties Welcome and greet patients visitors and clients in a courteous professional manner Handle patient registration check in check out verify patient details update records Answer incoming phone calls handle enquiries direct calls to appropriate personnel Schedule appointments manage appointment calendar and guide patients on sample collection requirements Process payments billing or reception charges and hand over receipts slips as applicable Maintain waiting area reception desk and patient flow to minimise delays Coordinate with other departments lab finance doctors for smooth patient interaction Maintain confidentiality of patient data and records at all times Phlebotomy Sample Collection Duties Identify and verify patient details before sample collection name ID test requisition to ensure correct specimens Perform phlebotomy venipuncture capillary punctures and other specimen collections urine stool etc per lab protocols OIP 2fmic org af 2 Label specimens accurately handle and transport them to respective testing areas while maintaining specimen integrity fmic org af 1 Explain the procedure to patients reassure them as needed and ensure comfort and safety during collection Maintain inventory of phlebotomy supplies and ensure equipment cleanliness and readiness Brightspyre Follow infection control safety and quality procedures in handling specimens Assist with retrieving or handing over test reports to patients as per lab policy Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Internship Pay 8 086 00 - per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
