Position: First Class Mines Manager (Coal) Location: West Bengal & Jharkhand CTC: Mid-Level: 814 LPA Senior-Level: Up to 25 LPA (depending on experience) Total Openings: 10 Mid-Level: 6 Senior-Level: 4 Industry: Coal Mining Role Summary: We are seeking experienced First Class Mines Managers to lead and manage open-cast coal mining operations across our projects in West Bengal and Jharkhand. Candidates must hold a valid First Class Manager Certificate (Coal) and possess relevant open-cast mining experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee mine operations ensuring adherence to DGMS guidelines , safety regulations, and statutory compliance. Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules to achieve output targets. Manage and optimize resources, manpower, and equipment for efficient operations. Ensure environmental compliance and promote safe mining practices across teams. Supervise daily activities of mining teams, providing leadership and technical guidance. Maintain statutory records, prepare reports, and liaise with government and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with cross-functional departments for seamless mine management and project execution. Qualifications & Experience: Mandatory: First Class Manager Certificate (Coal) . Mid-Level Role: Minimum 3 years of experience post First Class certification in open-cast coal mines . Senior-Level Role: Minimum 10 years of experience in open-cast coal mining operations . Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering preferred. Strong knowledge of DGMS regulations, mine safety standards, and production management. Proven leadership, decision-making, and team management skills. Why Join Us?
