You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, while providing guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design processes. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADMM for SAP. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with software configuration and customization. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration processes and data management.
