Foundry Head Location Bhagwanpur Roorkee Haridwar Uttarakhand About the Company Neetu Yoshi Limited is a metallurgical engineering company engaged in the manufacturing of customised ferrous castings including mild steel spheroidal graphite iron cast iron and manganese steel ranging from 0 2 kg to 500 kg finished products An RDSO-certified vendor to Indian Railways the company maintains ISO ISO and ISO certifications and is committed to delivering high-quality safe and sustainable products Position Overview The Foundry Head will oversee the entire foundry operation from melting and moulding to casting machining and finishing ensuring efficient production quality assurance cost optimisation and adherence to safety and environmental standards The role requires a technically strong and leadership-driven individual capable of managing teams equipment and resources to meet company production and quality goals Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily foundry operations melting moulding pouring fettling machining and finishing Ensure adherence to product quality standards RDSO ISO and customer specifications Plan and execute production schedules to achieve on-time delivery and productivity targets Oversee maintenance and upkeep of furnaces moulding machines and CNC finishing equipment Implement cost-saving measures through waste reduction process improvements and energy optimisation Enforce strict compliance with safety health and environmental protocols Manage manpower planning skill development and performance evaluation of the foundry team Collaborate with Quality Design and Supply Chain teams for seamless operations Track and report key performance indicators KPIs yield rejection rate uptime output and cost efficiency Lead continuous improvement and process-upgradation initiatives Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Metallurgical Mechanical Materials Engineering Master s preferred 10-15 years of experience in foundry operations preferably in ferrous casting and machining environments In-depth knowledge of melting moulding casting heat treatment and machining processes Proven leadership team management and problem-solving skills Familiarity with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems Exposure to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices is desirable Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay - per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience Melting Supervisor 1 year Required Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Night Shift Preferred Work Location In person
