Job Title IT Customer Care Executive Trainer Location Sitamarhi Salary Range 10 000 - 16 000 per month Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to deliver training for the IT Customer Care Executive course The trainer will be responsible for teaching both theory and practical modules guiding students in developing IT skills communication abilities and customer service techniques Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and lab sessions on IT basics computer applications and customer care processes Train students on handling customer queries voice non-voice Deliver training on MS Office internet usage email handling and CRM tools Prepare lesson plans training materials and assessments Mentor students in communication soft skills and problem-solving Maintain attendance progress reports and evaluation records Ensure students are industry-ready for apprenticeships and jobs Requirements Qualification Graduate in IT Computer Science Any discipline with good IT knowledge Experience Prior teaching training experience or industry experience in IT BPO Customer Care preferred Strong communication skills in Hindi and English Basic technical troubleshooting skills Skills Required IT Computer fundamentals Customer service and communication Classroom management and mentoring Patience and ability to engage with students Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay - per month Work Location In person
