Designation:Senior Officer/Assistant Manager Experience:Above 04 years in Cement Manufacturing industry Location:Tadipatri, Andhra Pradesh.Key Responsibilities: Planning and Sourcing of Raw Materials, Fuel and Alternate fuel at low cost and by way of coordinating with Process, QC , AFR and RMH team and also with suppliers for quality consistency & quantity. Rolling plan for procurement of Fuel & Raw Material Maintaining of optimum inventory levels of Raw Materials, Fuel and Alternate fuel. CPC Co-ordination for coastal material Budget Planning & Procurement of RM, Fuels and Alternate Fuels. Tracking of Approvals for procurement of RM & Fuel Process & Documentation standardization Procurement Cost Reduction Tracking of Monthly reports related to savings & achievement & ensure timely circulation of MIS on regular basis Daily cost variance analysis & input Co-ordination for physical verification/3 rdparty engagement Audit response & compliance Yard Management Ensure Road & Transport safety Standards, procedures, SOP, SWP, HIRA for all incoming, RM, Fuel and Alternate Fuel trucksQualifications: B.Tech in Materials management, Supply Chain or related field. Experience with SAP, TM1, and procurement systems. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Knowledge of IMS, SHE, and sustainability practices.
