Job Title

a) Production Process Management: Supervise and optimize the production process to ensure efficient workflow. Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities. Ensure smooth coordination between customer, QA, Procurement, Projects and production teams. Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to manage materials and supplier Qualification. Root cause analysis on In process rejections. Minimizing the Process time and improve the productivity. b) Process Improvement & Quality Assurance: Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing techniques. Ensure adherence to quality standards which are relevant to industry certifications. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure high product reliability. Manpower & Team Management: Supervise and train production teams to enhance productivity and efficiency. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety among team members. d) Equipment & Maintenance Coordination: Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for production tools and equipment. Work with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Evaluate and recommend improvements in production tools and techniques. e) Cost Optimization & Efficiency: Monitor and control production costs while maintaining quality. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Implement strategies to reduce waste and improve yield rates. f) Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Maintain a safe and clean working environment following safety protocols. Conduct safety training sessions for workers. Requirements Manufacturing Experience related to Auto mobile / electrical panels/ other Mechanical industry Good Experience in creating and modifying mechanical drawings Solid works 2D and 3D Expertise: Handling production of Electrical Systems and Electrical panels. Knowledge of Electrical Systems like inverters, Power panels, Transformers etc. Familiarity with workmanship standards for cables and wire harness. Knowledge of Test and Measuring equipment used in Electrical testing. Knowledge of designing jigs and fixtures needed for production. Knowledge of Mechanical aspects related to general Cabinet Designs. Knowledge of Electrical Wires, connectors etc.
