The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, along with experience in teaching, mentoring, or training adult learners.This role involves guiding learners throughout the course journey, facilitating discussions, and helping professionals enhance their skills and career growth.LocationRemote (Work from Home)Work Schedule - 5 Days a WeekWeekly Off: Saturday & MondayCompensation - ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Performance IncentivesKey Responsibilities1. Conduct Learning SessionsDeliver engaging and interactive online learning sessions.Ensure learners clearly understand course concepts and applications.Encourage participation, discussions, and collaborative learning.2. Facilitate the Learning JourneyGuide participants throughout the course duration.Answer queries and provide clarity on course topics.Support learners in completing assignments and practical exercises.3. Curriculum DevelopmentAssist in designing and updating course content.Ensure learning materials stay relevant to industry trends.Contribute ideas to improve the overall learning experience.4.
