This role involves handling patient or provider interactions through voice and/or non-voice channels while strictly following US healthcare compliance and privacy standards.Work ScheduleMust be willing to work between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM ISTNight shift aligned with US business hoursPayoutVoice Process: Rs 160 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound customer interactions (calls)Provide accurate information related to appointments, billing, insurance, or general healthcare queriesMaintain strict compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standardsVerify customer identity before sharing any informationDocument interactions clearly and accurately in the systemEscalate issues as per defined processes when requiredMaintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approachMandatory RequirementsFluency in spoken and written EnglishStrong understanding of HIPAA compliance (mandatory)Willingness to work night shifts (Anywhere between 6 PM – 6 AM IST)Must have own Windows 11 laptopHigh-speed and stable internet connectionQuiet and professional work-from-home setupPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in US Healthcare customer supportUnderstanding of US healthcare terminology (insurance, claims, copay, deductible, etc.)Dual monitor setup (preferred, not mandatory)Experience in healthcare voice or non-voice BPO processesImportant NotesThis is a remote work-from-home opportunityStrict adherence to data security and confidentiality policies is requiredPerformance and compliance are closely monitored
