Role Description Raj Corporation Limited is seeking an experienced Power Cable & Conductor Production Manager for its manufacturing facility in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh . This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for overseeing the production of overhead conductors and medium-voltage underground power cables . The Production Manager will manage daily manufacturing operations, supervise production teams, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and optimize plant performance. The role involves planning and executing production schedules, maintaining equipment efficiency, and coordinating with procurement, quality assurance, and management teams to ensure consistent product quality and delivery timelines. Key responsibilities include monitoring manufacturing processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with relevant electrical and manufacturing standards. Products Manufactured - Overhead Conductors: • ACSR Panther Conductor • ACSR Zebra Conductor • ACSR Moose Conductor Underground Power Cables 11 KV Underground Cables • 3C x 120 sqmm (Armoured) • 3C x 120 sqmm (Unarmoured) • 3C x 185 sqmm (Armoured) • 3C x 185 sqmm (Unarmoured) 33 KV Underground Cables • 3C x 300 sqmm (Armoured) • 3C x 300 sqmm (Unarmoured) Qualifications • Strong knowledge of power cable and conductor manufacturing processes • Experience in medium-voltage (MV) underground cable production such as 11kV and 33kV cables • Understanding of relevant electrical standards such as IS / IEC cable standards • Experience with production planning, workflow optimization, and plant operations management • Knowledge of quality control, testing procedures, and safety regulations in cable manufacturing • Ability to analyze production data and implement operational improvements • Strong team leadership and communication skills • Technical understanding of manufacturing machinery, extrusion processes, and plant maintenance -- Experience with XLPE cable manufacturing processes, extrusion lines, armouring machines, and conductor stranding is highly preferred. -- Education Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field . Experience Minimum 8+ years of experience in cable, conductor, or electrical manufacturing , with prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
