Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Apollo Clinic in Deoghar. The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and maintaining appointment schedules. Additional responsibilities include performing basic clerical duties, addressing patient inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception area to support the clinic's operations and patient care. Qualifications Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries appropriatelyProficiency in Clerical Skills, such as filing, data entry, handling patient records, and managing administrative tasksExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to professionally interact with patients, staff, and visitorsCommitment to providing outstanding Customer Service to ensure patient satisfaction and handle concerns effectivelyAbility to multitask, organize workloads efficiently, and maintain a courteous demeanor under pressureProficiency in computer applications such as MS Office; familiarity with medical office software is an advantagePrior experience in front desk or reception functions within a healthcare environment is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or a related field are an advantage
