The role will also support cost recovery for cost-plus margin projects and assist with select accounting and audit coordination activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting process and partner with stakeholders to build accurate plansBuild and maintain 3/5-year financial plans with assumptions, scenarios, and sensitivity analysisDrive quarterly roll-forward forecasts and deliver variance insights and recommendationsCreate a monthly reimbursement sheet to collect amounts from IIM Bangalore for cost-plus margin projects, with complete supporting documentationSupport project/new business costing, pricing, margin and ROI analysisHandle basic monthly accounting support (as required) and audit supervision/coordinationDrive finance process and systems transformation—automation, standardization, controls, and improved reportingDeliver clear MIS/insights with strong business communication and articulationWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Have:5–8 years experience in FP&A / Budgeting / Forecasting / Financial modellingStrong working knowledge of costing, unit economics, and variance analysisStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, SUMIFS, modelling)Exposure to monthly close basics and audit coordinationStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsGood to Have:Experience in project-based / services / cost-plus modelsProcess improvement / automation exposure; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio) is a plusExposure to EdTech / digital learning businesses
