We support clients end-to-end from sourcing to onboarding to long-term success.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven Recruitment Sales Associate who will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover once an engineer joins a client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates exceptionally well, and is motivated by targets and client success.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify, research, and generate high-quality leads in the USA and MENA markets.Execute outbound activities across email, calls, texts, and messaging platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack communities, etc.).Maintain daily and weekly outreach volume targets.2. Sales Pipeline ManagementQualify leads and schedule discovery calls with prospective clients.Understand client talent needs, hiring challenges, budget, and timelines.Present withRemotes solutions (EOR, Staff Augmentation, Managed Remote Talent) convincingly.3. Client Engagement & ClosureConduct structured discovery calls and follow-ups.Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and service explanations.Drive clients toward signing agreements and onboarding engineers.Maintain accurate CRM updates across the entire sales cycle.4. Account Coordination & OnboardingWork closely with internal teams to match engineers with client requirements.Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offer finalization, and onboarding timelines.Ensure a seamless onboarding experience until the engineer is fully deployed with the client.5. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain ongoing relationships with clients to identify upsell, cross-sell, and long-term partnership opportunities.Act as a point of contact for clients during the hiring and onboarding process.Performance ExpectationsAchieve daily & weekly activity targets across email, call, text, and messaging outreach.Hit discovery call scheduling targets consistently.Generate USD 10,000 in new revenue per month from the second month onwards.Maintain strong follow-through and high-quality communication standards.RequirementsMust-Have3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or talent staffing.Experience in staff augmentation, IT recruitment, or HR tech is highly preferred.Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.Strong understanding of outbound sales, cold outreach, and pipeline management.Ability to work US or MENA shift consistently.Nice-to-HaveFamiliarity with hiring tech teams or engineering roles.Understanding of EOR, staff augmentation, and managed talent models.CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar).Previous remote work experience.What We OfferCompetitive salary + attractive performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work directly with global founders and fast-growing companies.Fast-track growth for high performers.Work-from-anywhere setup.
