(India) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2.5+ Years Location: Remote  Salary: Competitive | Based on experience and skill set (3.5-4.5 LPA)  Company Description: We provide tailored IT services that make infrastructure secure, efficient, and future proof. Our consulting begins with listening — and ends with honest, well-thought-out solutions. We work with international clients across Europe, Canada, and the United States, delivering IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and development services.  Role Overview: Are you confident on calls, eager to learn international B2B sales, and excited to speak with decision-makers across Europe, Canada, and the United States? Join us and gain real experience in global IT business development, working directly with founders, CTOs, and IT managers while building international client relationships.  Core Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns Connect with CEOs, founders, IT managers, and decision-makers Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients Clearly pitch company services and solutions Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Meet monthly activity and conversion targets Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Provide weekly sales activity and pipeline reports Coordinate with internal teams to support proposal preparation and deal closing. Proactive in responding to client inquiries and maintain timely follow-ups Maintain clear and transparent communication with both clients and internal teams Maintain clear and structured documentation of client communications, requirements, and meeting notes Maintain professional email communication with international clients and prospects  Draft clear, concise, and well-structured emails for outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.  Advanced Technical Expertise: Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) German language is a plus Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred) Energetic, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach and objections Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development Comfortable working across EU time zones and occasional US/Canada hours Strong learning mindset and adaptability.   Nice to Have: Experience with B2B sales or international clients Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools, CRM systems, or email automation Knowledge of IT services, cloud computing, or cybersecurity solutions Experience with lead generation platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)   Perks & Benefits: Career growth with a German-based IT company Germany company visits for outstanding performance 24+ Paid Leaves Group Insurance for non-smoker Candidate Yearly performance bonus Remote work option Flexible working hours International exposure with EU/US clients Long-term growth and leadership opportunities  How to Apply:
