This is a full-time, on-site role where the candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and machines used in manufacturing.The role includes machine design, maintenance, research & development, and project management to ensure high efficiency and product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and improve mechanical systems and machinery.Create and modify machine designs using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools.Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for manufacturing machines.Manage engineering projects, timelines, and technical documentation.Conduct testing, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems.Collaborate with production, quality, and management teams.Contribute to Research & Development (R&D) for product and process innovation.Ensure machines operate efficiently and meet safety and quality standards.Machines for MaintenanceThe engineer will handle maintenance and technical support for machines such as:Rotomolding Machine (Pickleball Manufacturing Machine)Paper Stick MachinePaper Straw MachineWooden Spoon Making MachineOther production machinery used in manufacturing operations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and applications.Experience with Machine Design and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar).Proven Project Management skills including time management and resource allocation.Experience in Research & Development (R&D) and mechanical system innovation.Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
