Safeguard Armour is a UK-based company supplying tactical equipment, military clothing, police uniforms, and protective gear globally.Alongside our rapidly growing government tender and B2B operations, we operate a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business selling tactical equipment and apparel through Shopify and Amazon in over 8 countiesWe are looking for someone who can fully own and run this revenue channel, so the leadership team does not need to be involved in daily operations.This is a hands-on role for someone who understands Amazon Seller Central, Google Adwords/PPC, Shopify operations, and performance marketing, and who enjoys taking responsibility for results.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for running and improving our entire B2C e-commerce operation, including Shopify, Amazon, and potentially other marketplaces.Your goal is to ensure the channel runs smoothly, profitably, and independently, managing everything from advertising to customer experience.You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure orders, packaging, and customer experience are handled correctly.Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Store ManagementManage and maintain the Shopify storefrontOptimize product pages and conversion ratesEnsure accurate product information and catalogue updatesCoordinate promotions and product launchesAdvertising & GrowthManage Amazon PPC campaignsRun Google Ads / AdWords campaignsTrack advertising performance and ROIOptimize ad spend to improve profitabilityMarketplace ManagementManage our Amazon Seller Central accountOptimize product listings, SEO, and catalogue structureManage inventory levels and pricingMonitor account health, reviews, and seller metricsCustomer ExperienceManage returns and customer service processesMonitor and respond to reviews and feedbackReduce negative feedback and return ratesImprove post-purchase experienceFulfilment & PackagingCoordinate with the warehouse team on fulfilmentImprove packaging and customer insertsEnsure smooth shipping and delivery processesReduce fulfilment errors and delaysReporting & Performance TrackingProvide weekly reporting on:sales performanceadvertising spend and ROIreturn ratescustomer feedbackinventory and product performanceIdeal CandidateYou should have 3-5years experience running Amazon and Shopify stores for a consumer brand.We are looking for someone who:has experience managing Amazon Seller Centralunderstands Amazon PPC and Google Adshas worked with Shopify storesunderstands product listings, conversion optimization, and marketplace growthis comfortable working with operations and warehouse teamstakes ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for instructionsWhat Success Looks LikeThe B2C business runs smoothly without daily involvement from leadership, with:stable or growing revenuewell-managed advertising spendreduced returns and negative reviewsclear reporting and operational discipline
