Our risk analytics use predictive modelling to identify which low-level events require immediate attention to safeguard shipping companies from potential high impact disasters. About the RoleWe are seeking a maritime subject matter expert to join our marine team in Mumbai. A passion for safety in all aspects of shipping and maritime, and an enthusiasm to move our industry forward in reducing the highest risks to personnel, environment, assets and our customers reputation is a prerequisite for the role. Applicants for the role must have sailed onboard various vessel types, preferably in a senior rank., specifically Tankers, Bulk Carriers, Container Vessels & offshore support vessels. It would be an advantage to have spent time ashore in a role relating to vessel safety, technical, operations and having been directly involved with various methods of processing maritime data. The role involves Data processing, , and providing Maritime expertise to the HiLo technology and development team. The successful applicant will be integrated into a team of like-minded professionals, serving the HiLo customers and assisting with new product development and current product continuous improvement. ResponsibilitiesCover and advance the following areas.Data Processing – SME input and verification of maritime dataHiLo system improvement – SME view in continuous improvement of platforms and services provided QualificationsDeck or Engineering unlimited STCW certification.Time spent ashore in technical management or similar will be an advantage. Other RequirementsSailed onboard offshore vessels with in-depth knowledge of the industry.Ideally having served in related marine and digital shore positions will be considered.Thorough knowledge of maritime quality, health and safety standards and systemsA knowledge of product development would be an advantage.Should be available for immediate joining. IndustryMaritime Technology Employment TypeFull-time Salary & Growth - Attractive salary for the right candidate and significant growth potential.
