The Tax and Audit Manager will oversee financial audits, prepare and analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Responsibilities include managing accounting processes, providing financial insights, and collaborating with clients to deliver tailored financial solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.QualificationsProficiency in Accounting and FinanceProfessional certification such as Inter CA or equivalent is preferredStrong knowledge of Financial Statements and experience in preparing themExpertise in Financial Audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulationsExcellent Analytical Skills for assessing financial data and identifying insightsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience in managing or leading a team is an advantageCTC - Up to 9 LPA
