The Grants Specialist will be responsible for researching grant opportunities, writing grant proposals, managing budgets for grant submissions, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. They will also collaborate closely with internal teams to identify funding needs and communicate effectively with potential funding organizations.QualificationsProficiency in Proposal Research, Budgeting, and Writing for grant applicationsStrong Analytical Skills for evaluating funding opportunities and aligning them with organizational needsEffective Communication skills, including verbal and written communication for collaboration and outreachExperience in Budgeting related to preparing and managing grant budgetsExperience in grant compliance and reporting is a plusMaster's degree in a relevant field, such as Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related disciplineDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsAt least 7 years of successful grant writing experience.
