Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Mumbai. The Accountant will oversee and manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, prepare tax documents, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Other tasks include preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, analyzing financial trends, and providing insights for decision-making. QualificationsProficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeepingExperience with tax compliance, budget management, and auditingFamiliarity with accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar systemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial recordsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)Prior experience in the accounting or finance sector; knowledge of industry practices in Mumbai is beneficialEffective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
