We have an opening Product Manager - Nephro for a leading pharmaceutical company at Pune location.Position : Product Manager - NephrologyExp: 3+ yearsLocation: PuneJob Purpose• Develop Strategies to increase market size & share• Ensure implementation of approved strategies to achieve the desired market share and leadership.• KOL & Key Account development & Mgmt.• Ensure improvement in profitability of products/product groups.• Product life cycle management.• Provide & ensure functional training to develop field force & managers.• Attract, develop & retain people.Main Accountabilities:• Support the planning and execution of brand and marketing strategies.• Assist in implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.• Conduct basic market analysis, including market size, share, and competitor activity.• Support KOL mapping and coordination with key hospitals and accounts.• Collect market intelligence and share insights with the team.• Coordinate with sales and field teams to support business objectives.• Participate in field work to gain market insights and customer feedback.• Support tender-related activities under guidance.• Assist in the development and execution of product-wise initiatives and schemes.• Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.• Support training programs related to product and promotional knowledge.• Ensure adherence to company policies, COC, and compliance requirements.EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS• B. Pharma, M.B.A (MKTG.)• 3-5 yrs experience in Marketing - Nephro will be preferred• Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience is desirable
