This is a full-time, on-site role.The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating professional visual designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and outdoor advertising. The role involves developing designs that align with brand identity and campaign objectives while maintaining strong visual quality and consistency.You will work closely with internal teams to produce creative assets for both digital and print platforms, supporting a wide variety of clients and marketing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality marketing and branding creatives for digital and print mediaCreate social media posters, promotional graphics, and digital marketing materialsDesign outdoor marketing creatives such as hoardings, billboards, flex boards, and standeesDevelop logos, brand identity elements, and branding materialsPrepare print-ready and digital-ready design files for different marketing platformsEnsure consistency in brand identity, typography, and layout across all designsWork collaboratively with content teams, marketing teams, and creative leadsAdapt designs based on client requirements, campaign goals, and feedbackMaintain high design standards, visual hierarchy, and attention to detailQualificationsProven experience in Graphic Design with a strong portfolioProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design toolsExperience in branding, marketing creatives, and advertisement designStrong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual compositionExperience designing social media creatives and print marketing materialsFamiliarity with outdoor advertisement formats such as hoardings and billboardsAbility to work on-site in Kozhikode and collaborate effectively within a teamStrong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skillsA degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceBasic understanding of motion graphics or animation workflows is an added advantage
