At The Niche Brands, we help leading D2C brands like Moxie Beauty, Clay Co., Gush Beauty, Terractive, Asaya, STIM etc grow across marketplaces and digital channels using data, technology, and creative problem-solving.Role: Growth Operations Intern (On-Site – Gurugram)Gain hands-on exposure to e-commerce growth, marketplace operations, and data-driven execution while working with cross-functional teams. It'll be a 3 month long internship with a consideration for full time opportunityKey Responsibilities• Assist with data analysis and growth opportunity tracking• Support marketplace sales and operational execution• Help manage reports, dashboards, and project trackers• Coordinate with catalog, marketing, and operations teams• Support growth experiments and process improvementsWho Should Apply• Students or recent graduates (Business, Marketing, Analytics, etc.)• Strong analytical and communication skills• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets• Interest in e-commerce and growth strategy
