The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple positions, fast turnaround timelines, and high-volume hiring while maintaining quality submissions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment cycle for client requirements.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.Maintain strong candidate engagement and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.Ensure quality profiles and quick turnaround time for client submissions.Track recruitment activities using ATS or recruitment tools.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.Required SkillsExperience working in a staffing / recruitment agency environment.Strong knowledge of IT or technical hiring (preferred).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Good understanding of LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.PreferredExperience with volume hiring or multiple client accounts.Immediate joiners preferred.
