Role Description This is a full-time Senior Interior Designer position based on-site in Hyderabad. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee and execute high-quality interior design projects while collaborating with clients to translate their needs into functional and beautiful spaces. Responsibilities include space planning, creating construction drawings, designing interiors, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring alignment with project timelines. Mentoring junior designers and collaborating with architects, contractors, and suppliers will also be integral to this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design with a proven ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling and functional layouts.Experience in Architecture and creating detailed Construction Drawings with a solid understanding of design codes and regulations.Expertise in FF&E specification, selection, and coordination, ensuring aesthetic and practical alignment with project goals.Strong project management skills, including time management, organization, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling tools.Excellent communication and client liaison skills, fostering strong relationships and delivering high client satisfaction.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Prior experience in a senior or leadership role in interior design, preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects.
