Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Faculty role located in the Pune Division. The Junior Faculty member will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lectures, planning and developing curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing guidance and support. Responsibilities may also include participation in research initiatives, curriculum improvements, and contributing to the overall academic and cultural development of the institution. Qualifications Proficiency in subject matter expertise and teaching methodologies relevant to the academic discipline.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to promote effective teaching and interaction with students and colleagues.Ability to conduct and assist in academic research to contribute to institutional and personal development.Capable of designing and updating curriculum and learning materials to meet educational standards.Experience in using technology and digital tools to support teaching and student engagement.Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive academic environment.Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent qualification) is required; a Ph.D. is preferred.Prior teaching experience or relevant academic exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
