Join us to help us shape the future of paymentsRole DescriptionAs a Product Designer II at PayGlocal, you will play a key role in designing intuitive and scalable product experiences for businesses accepting global payments. PayGlocal operates in a complex cross-border payments ecosystem involving transactions, settlements, compliance workflows, and enterprise dashboards. Your responsibility will be to simplify these complexities and transform them into clear, reliable, and user-friendly digital experiences.In this role, you will design end-to-end product experiences across payments, onboarding, dashboards, and compliance-related workflows. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and content designers to deliver thoughtful and well-crafted design solutions that balance usability, speed, and quality. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complex problems, thinking in systems, and crafting high-quality user experiences for fintech or enterprise products.What will you work on?End-to-End Product Design: Design complete product experiences across payments, onboarding, dashboards, and compliance-related workflows.User Experience Simplification: Simplify complex fintech and enterprise workflows into intuitive and easy-to-understand user journey.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and content designers from concept to product launch.Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes with strong attention to interaction design.Design Systems Contribution: Contribute to shared UX patterns, reusable components, and design systems to ensure consistency across products.User-Cantered Design: Apply usability principles, information architecture, and user research insights to improve product flows.Iteration & Improvement: Continuously improve product experiences using user feedback, analytics, and internal stakeholder input.Quality & Speed Balance: Maintain a strong balance between design quality and delivery speed, especially for critical financial workflows.Target ProfileA designer who enjoys solving complex product and workflow challenges.Someone passionate about creating simple and intuitive experiences for complex financial systems.A professional comfortable working in fast-growing fintech or enterprise product environments.A designer who values craft, systems thinking, collaboration, and continuous learning.Qualifications & Experience Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer.Portfolio: Strong design portfolio showcasing problem-solving ability, user flows, and interaction design work.Product Complexity Experience: Experience designing complex products such as fintech platforms, B2B tools, SaaS products, enterprise dashboards, or data-heavy applications.UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, interaction design, and user journey mapping.Design Tools: Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar platforms.Ownership Mindset: Ability to work in ambiguous environments and take ownership of design problems from concept to implementation.Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.Additional InformationLocation: Bengaluru (On-site)• Team: Design• Work Culture:·      Focus on strong design craft and clarity in complex systems·      Collaborative and feedback-driven work environment·      Ownership-oriented culture with minimal hierarchy• Work Approach: We believe strong products are built through close collaboration, which is why our design team works on-site with product and engineering teams.
