The Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational hiring goals. Additionally, the professional will focus on identifying and attracting top talent for IT and non-IT roles.QualificationsExpertise in Hiring and Recruiting across various levels and industriesStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholdersKnowledge of Employer Branding strategies to enhance organizational reputation and attract top talentProficiency in Non-IT & IT Recruitment, Civil & Construction, Finance, sourcing, and evaluating technical candidatesAbility to manage multiple recruitment projects independently while meeting deadlinesBachelor's degree in Human Resources or MBA HR Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plusUnderstanding of labor laws and regulations related to hiring practices is advantageous
