Role ObjectiveAs a cornerstone of our Performance Marketing division, you will lead the strategic visionand execution of paid media for a diverse portfolio of global clients. You aren't just aplatform operator; you are a growth consultant who understands how to navigate the digitallandscapes of India, the Middle East, Europe, and the US to deliver measurable businessimpact.Key Responsibilities1. Media Strategy & Portfolio Management• Regional Nuance: Design and oversee performance campaigns that respect localmarket behaviors.• Full-Funnel Ownership: Manage the entire media mix, including Search (SEM),Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), Programmatic (DV360), and Retail Media (AmazonAds).• Budget Stewardship: Strategically allocate and shift multi-regional budgets based onreal-time performance to maximize overall agency-client ROI.2. Advanced Media Buying & Execution• Sophisticated Bidding: Implement advanced scripts and automated bidding strategiesto maintain efficiency in high-CPC markets.• Technical Excellence: Lead the setup of robust tracking frameworks (Server-sidetagging, GA4, offline conversions to ensure data integrity in a cookieless future(GDPR/CCPA compliance).• Negotiation: Collaborate with media partners and publishers for direct buys andprivate marketplace (PMP) deals.3. The /"Adsyndicate/" Collaboration Edge• Creative Synergy: Work alongside our creative team to advocate for /"PerformanceCreative/"—data-backed visual assets that stop the scroll and drive action.• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact forclients, translating complex media metrics into clear business growth stories.Candidate Profile: Expertise & Requirements• Global Footprint: 6–8 years of experience in performance marketing, withdocumented success in managing campaigns across the US, Europe, Middle East, andIndia.• Certifications: Google Ads Search/Display/Video, Meta Blueprint Certified, andLinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals.• Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau or Looker Studio)and a deep understanding of attribution modeling (MTA vs. Last-Click).• The Agency /"Hustle/": Proven ability to manage multiple high-pressure accountssimultaneously without compromising on detail or quality.
