We work with buyers and suppliers across Australia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.About the RoleWe are looking for a driven, commercially sharp Global Sales & Buyer Acquisition Manager to build and convert EEC's international buyer pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying new buyers globally, nurturing relationships, and converting inquiries into purchase orders. This is a revenue-generating role. Your success is measured directly by the number of deals closed.Key ResponsibilitiesBuyer Acquisition:Proactively prospect 50+ new international buyer leads per week Identify and target institutional buyers; government procurement departments, hotel chains, airlines, corporates, retail chains, supermarket chains, industrial buyers, etcExecute multi-channel outreach, email sequences, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, cold callsManage AI-powered outreach tools for scale Sales Pipeline Management:Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed purchase orderQualify buyer inquiries; understand product requirements, volumes, pricing expectations, certifications neededCoordinate with Supplier Relations Manager for pricing and availabilityPrepare and send professional commercial proposals and quotations within 24 hours of inquiryFollow up on all open proposals systematically; no lead goes coldUpdate CRM daily; every interaction, every proposal, every status change logged Relationship Management:Build long-term relationships with key buyers; Ensure EEC becomes their trusted sourcing partnerManage sample coordination; request samples, track dispatch, follow up on buyer feedbackNegotiate commercial terms; pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, delivery timelinesCoordinate with the operations team for smooth deal execution after the PO is receivedMarket Intelligence:Stay updated on pricing trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunitiesShare weekly market intelligence update with CEOIdentify new product categories based on buyer demand signalsReporting:Weekly pipeline report: all active leads, stage, expected value, expected close dateMonthly revenue report: PO value closed vs. targetQuarterly market reviewTargets (Month 3 onwards)200+ new buyer prospects contacted per month15+ proposals sent per month₹1.5–2Cr in monthly PO value generated or in advanced negotiationWhat We're Looking ForMust Have:5-7 years of experience in international trade, export sales, B2B sales, or commodity brokerageProven track record of closing B2B deals; can provide examples with numbersExcellent English communication; written and verbal (international buyer-facing role)Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumenUnderstands Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP), payment terms (LC, DP, DA, advance), basic export documentationSelf-motivated, target-driven; does not need to be pushedComfortable with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and CRM toolsExperience selling food commodities, textiles, or FMCG products internationallyNice to Have:Existing buyer relationships in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Southeast AsiaExperience with AI outreach tools Personality:Hunter mentality; loves finding and closing new businessPersistent but professional; knows how to follow up without being pushyEntrepreneurial; takes initiative, doesn't need to be toldResilient; handles rejection as part of the process, not personallyWhy Join EECHigh-visibility, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEOExposure to international buyers across 4 continentsFast-growing company at an exciting early stage; grow with usEntrepreneurial culture, your ideas are heard and implementedHow to ApplySend your CV + a brief note on your biggest BD win (deal value, how you found the buyer, how you closed it) to:  Subject line: /"Global Sales & Buyer Acquisition Manager — [Candidate Name]/"
