The candidate will assist in tracking project progress, managing project documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and experience working in project-driven environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationAssist project managers in planning and coordinating project activities.Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.Ensure tasks are completed according to project schedules.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.Project DocumentationMaintain and update project documentation, reports, and records.Prepare project status reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes.Ensure project documentation is properly organized and accessible.Communication & Stakeholder CoordinationCommunicate project updates with internal teams and stakeholders.Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items.Support project managers in maintaining stakeholder relationships.Project MonitoringMonitor project progress and highlight any risks or delays.Escalate issues to project managers when necessary.Assist in resolving project-related operational challenges.Administrative SupportSupport project managers with resource planning and task tracking.Assist with scheduling, reporting, and project-related administrative tasks.Required SkillsStrong project coordination and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Good understanding of project lifecycle and project coordination processes.Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Smartsheet, and familiarity with Kanban boards.
