Profile - Legal + Compliance HeadQualification - LLB + CSExperience - 5+ years Location - Sultanpur , DelhiJob DescriptionThis position will lead and manage the company’s legal functions and provide strategic legal guidance to ensure the organization’s operations are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws while maximizing commercial benefits. This role will encompass a wide range of legal responsibilities, including contract review and negotiation, corporate governance, litigation management, compliance, and intellectual property management.Key Accountabilities:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing and commercial contracts such as asset lease financing agreements, vendor financing agreements, facility agreements, loan agreements, MSAs, NDAs, vendor and lease agreements.Collaborating with business teams to improve contract processes, mitigate legal risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.Advising management on financing, investments, and due diligence matters while supporting strategic business decisions.Handling negotiation, drafting, and closure of financing and investment transactions.Managing litigation matters, coordinating with external advocates, and preparing legal documentation.Ensuring corporate compliance with applicable laws including Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.Monitoring regulatory updates and updating company policies accordingly.Managing the contract lifecycle, maintaining records, and tracking renewals and obligations.Overseeing the company’s intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, and legal notices.Interested candidates may share their resumes at
