The company aims to blend strategy and creativity to drive meaningful outcomes for their clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Influencer Marketing based in Mumbai. The successful candidate will lead the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying, building, and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and the clients. Responsibilities include creating innovative strategies to amplify brand messaging, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing influencer partnerships, and staying updated with trends to drive growth and engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals will be a key part of this role.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & StrategyLead the pitch process for prospective clients — developing tailored influencer marketing strategies and presenting compelling proposalsOnboard new clients, service existing relationships and serve as the strategic lead throughout the campaign lifecycleLeverage your existing network of influencers, talent managers, and brand contacts to unlock new opportunities and partnershipsIdentify and develop new revenue opportunities within the influencer spaceCampaign OversightOversee multiple influencer campaigns from concept to execution across platforms Ensure all campaigns align with brand goals, are delivered on time, and meet performance KPIsTroubleshoot campaign issues and ensure consistent quality and creativityTeam LeadershipBuild, manage, and mentor a team of influencer marketing executives and coordinatorsSet clear team goals, workflows, and performance standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with creative, paid media, and content teamsPartnership & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with top-tier influencers, talent agencies, and content creatorsNegotiate influencer contracts, rates, and deliverablesReporting & OptimizationLead post-campaign analysis, reporting, and actionable insightsContinuously optimize influencer selection, content strategy, and campaign performance using data and feedbackRequirements7-9 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency environmentProven track record of successfully leading multi-brand influencer campaignsExperience onboarding and pitching to clients directlyStrong network of influencer, brand, and talent agency contactsDemonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing teamsDeep understanding of influencer platforms and toolsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrategic thinker with a creative and analytical mindset|Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldExperience in an advertising agency or media production environment is a plus
