Job Description – Program Manager(AM/DM)Role PurposeThe Program Manager will support the National Head in driving cross-functional coordination across Projects, Operations, Quality, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, station rollouts, operational performance, and technical deployments across the EV battery swapping network.The role will act as a central program governance function, ensuring alignment between internal teams and SMPL technical teams, monitoring progress of ongoing projects, driving SOP development for new technology deployments, and providing structured updates to leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the central coordination point for all initiatives under the National Head.Drive alignment between Project Deployment, Operations, Quality, and Technology teams.Track progress of Station rollout, Technical upgrades, Network expansion, Operational improvementsEnsure timely resolution of cross-functional dependencies.Monitor national rollout progress of battery swapping stations.Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to leadership.Develop dashboards for different upcoming projects Track performance metrics as Station uptime, Swap volumes, Incident reports, Operational escalationsIdentify operational gaps and coordinate resolution with respective teams.Support improvement initiatives to enhance network uptime and reliability.Coordinate with the Quality and Audit teams to track compliance across sites.Track punch points from site audits and ensure timely resolution.Coordinate with SMPL technical teams for deployment of new technical updates.Monitor the impact of new technical releases on station performance.Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new technical deployments and operational processes.Ensure SOPs are communicated and implemented across all operational teams.Conduct impact analysis before deploying new technical updates.Coordinate pilot testing and phased rollout plans.Track deployment success metrics and operational impact.Identify risks across projects and operations.Maintain a risk register for ongoing initiatives.Escalate critical issues to leadership with recommended solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering MBA or equivalent management qualification preferredExperience5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, energy, EV, or similar sectors.Strong exposure to project management, operations monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.
