We combine design, functionality, and execution to deliver end-to-end interior solutions.As we scale, we are looking for a driven and resourceful early-career professional who wants to learn how a premium service business actually grows — from building lead pipelines to managing the sales funnel.Position Overview:This role sits at the heart of our growth engine. The two primary responsibilities of this role are:1.     Building and activating lead generation channels2.    Managing and nurturing the top of the sales funnelYou will actively work on developing partnerships with brokers, builder sales teams, and residential societies to generate high-quality leads, while ensuring every enquiry entering the system is tracked, qualified, and moved toward closure.This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building networks, following up consistently, and making things happen.Role: Growth & Partnerships AssociateLocation: Delhi-NCR (Mode of work: Office First/Hybrid)What You’ll Do:Build Lead Generation Partnerships:A major part of this role will involve creating and nurturing relationships that bring new business opportunities.You will:·      Build tie-ups with builder sales offices, real estate brokers, and channel partners·      Develop relationships with residential societies, RWA offices, and community networks·      Identify and activate new lead sources and referral networks·      Conduct cold outreach and maintain regular follow-ups with partners·      Track and nurture these partnerships so they consistently generate enquiries·      The role will require regular field interaction with broker offices, builder sales teams, and residential communities to build strong referral relationships.This role requires someone who is comfortable networking, initiating conversations, and building trust-based relationships.Manage The Sales Funnel:You will act as the custodian of incoming leads and ensure that every enquiry is handled professionally and efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:·      Receiving and responding to inbound leads from ads, website, social media, referrals, and partner channels·      Calling and qualifying potential clients·      Validating leads based on budget, scope, seriousness, and project readiness·      Maintaining disciplined tracking in CRM or lead trackers·      Ensuring timely follow-ups and scheduling meetings with the founder or design team·      Monitoring lead status throughout the sales cycle·      Ensuring no lead is dropped or forgotten·      Supporting the process of moving leads toward closureYou will often be the first point of contact for potential clients, so professionalism and communication skills are critical.Additional Responsibilities:You will support the execution of marketing and brand-building initiatives such as:·      Assisting with social media coordination (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)·      Helping convert social enquiries into qualified leads·      Supporting content creation initiatives and shoots·      Identifying opportunities for brand visibility and partnershipsYou will occasionally assist the founder with operational coordination and execution tasks, including:·      Tracking key follow-ups and commitments·      Coordinating with vendors or partners when needed·      Supporting documentation, research, and operational organisationThis will give you exposure to how a growing service business is run day-to-day.What Are We Looking For?·      An early career professional, with 1–2 years experience (or a highly capable fresher)·      Background in real estate sales or related services is highly preferred·      Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi·      Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with new people·  Comfortable interacting with premium clientele, including HNIs, NRIs, founders, and senior professionals·      Natural ability to network, build relationships, and maintain partnerships·      Strong follow-up discipline and organisational skills·      Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools·      Social media aware and digitally comfortable·      Resourceful and hands-on, comfortable working in a startup environment with limited resources·      Someone who can run around, coordinate, hustle, and get things moving when needed·      High ownership mindset — takes responsibility and closes loops·      Street smart, dependable, and growth-orientedWhy
