To build, guide and manage a team of recruitment professionals and ensure that everyone in the team meets the goals and expectations of internal and external stakeholders. To build and manage excellent relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, maximising contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement. Please make sure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in line with the Page Outsourcing Values.Key ActivitiesResponsible for guiding a team through the day-to-day workload, ensuring you develop and mentor each team member across the recruitment lifecycle in line with operational excellence expectations and measurements against service level agreementsKeep abreast with best practices and industry trends in the current market to ensure we can attract the best talent and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacanciesMaintain an up-to-date working knowledge of our industry to provide advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders, including Recruitment Partners, Consultants and Hiring ManagersLead and contribute to the development, review, implementation and execution of policies and procedures in the shared services centre.Maximise the use and effectiveness of resources (i.e., people, systems, sourcing channels, and processes) to deliver and manage accurate and high-quality end-to-end recruitment services to internal and external stakeholdersChampion the centre's vision and values through leading by example in operational excellence, professional behaviour, and high standards of workEnsure the experience delivered to our customers and candidates is underpinned by excellence and customer-centric throughputWhat are we looking for?Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing at least 4-5 direct reportsAt least 8 years of solid end-to-end recruitment experienceWillingness to follow a hybrid work arrangement, reporting onsite two to three days per week.Proven ability to work independently, particularly in reporting, data management, and analysis.Experience in a similar MSP, RPO, or Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment is preferred.Prior exposure to supporting a packaging, manufacturing, or industrial business, with strong familiarity in managing scorecards and KPIsExperience hiring for the Engineering, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Energy or similar sectors is advantageousExcellent communications skillsOpen to candidates based in Pune or Gurgaon only.
