The firm has acquired notable customers ranging from large conglomerates to unicorn start-ups: Nivea, Starbucks, DLF, JSW, Adani Group, Crisil, CRED, Vedanta, Mahindra, Glenmark, Gokongwei Group, Mitra Adiperkasa, EFS Facilities Management, VNG Corporation, and many more.Our vision of building a world-class product company from Asia is backed by marquee global investors like Microsoft, Salesforce, Sequoia Capital, TCV, KKR, and Partners Group.Responsibilities:Manage and resolve payroll-related tickets raised by clients through the internal AD platform.Investigate issues by replicating scenarios to identify root causes and validate reported problems.Coordinate with the Product/Engineering team to escalate valid issues and track resolution progress.Communicate with clients when required to clarify issues or explain resolutions.Perform testing of the latest product releases to ensure stability and identify potential issues before deployment.Maintain detailed documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.Ensure timely response and resolution in line with defined SLAs.Collaborate with internal teams to improve product experience and reduce recurring issues.Experience 2+ years in payroll Strong analytical skills, good client communication abilities, and an interest in understanding payroll systems and product workflows.
