Job Designation : Executive – Human ResourceExperience: 2-3 years in HR, preferably in the Manufacturing sectorQualification : MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW-HRKnowledge & skills· Proficient in HRMS and MS Office tools.· Strong understanding of labor laws & Strong understanding of labor laws· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Shopfloor Grievance handlingRole Responsibilities:Recruitment· Follow up with TPA and arranging campus drive for NAPS· Supporting in hiring NAPS Apprentices· Maintaining registers & documents as per Apprentice Act· Supporting PWD hiring· Executive Induction followup and supportTraining & Development· Coordinating training programmes as per training calendar· Maintaining training records· Training Admin supportPerformance Management· Trainees Skill matrix assessment follow-up with line managers· Ensure job rotation as per agreed percentageEmployee Engagement· Coordinating & Organizing employee engagement programmes as per calendar· Follow up and ensure 100% completion of all employee engagement surveys· Organizing monthly committee meeting with all stakeholders· Organizing monthly R&R for workers· undefinedStatutory ComplianceUpdating all statutory RegistersCoordinating with compliance vendor and ensure adherence of all registers and returnsRegular shopfloor and site audit to ensure all welfares are in place as per complianceIndustrial RelationsOrganizing monthly Union MeetingEnsure on time welfare benefits to Union employees as per LTSSupporting & maintaining disciplinary case track & enquiry proceedingsContract Labour ManagementFollow up with contractors and ensure require manpower in deptEnsure 100% CLRA act.
