You will manage the end-to-end post-sales journey, ensuring that every client (primarily MSMEs and industrial investors) experiences a seamless transition from /"Buyer/" to /"Allottee/" and eventually /"Operator./" You will work in close coordination with Relationship Managers to ensure client expectations are met and payments/documentation are streamlined.Key Responsibilities1. Onboarding & DocumentationConduct /"Welcome Calls/" and send formal welcome kits within 24 hours of booking.Manage the execution of the Builder Buyer Agreement (BBA) and ensure all KYC documents are verified and filed.Liaise with the legal team to facilitate timely registration and allotment letters.2. Post-Sales Journey ManagementAct as the single point of contact for clients for all queries related to construction updates, payment schedules, and compliance.Collaborate with Relationship Managers to ensure a smooth hand-off from the sales team, maintaining continuity in client communication.Manage the /"Demand Letter/" cycle—ensuring clients are informed of payment milestones and following up for timely collections.3. Possession & HandoverCoordinate site visits for clients during the infrastructure/development phase.Oversee the final possession process, including the issuance of Possession Letters and handling the physical handover of plots/units.Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the post-sales ecosystem.4. CRM System & ReportingMaintain 100% accuracy in the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or internal ERP).Generate Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and MIS reports regarding collections, pending documentation, and query resolution times.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing/Finance is a plus).Experience: Proven track record in real estate CRM; experience with industrial properties or RERA-regulated projects is highly valued.Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi; ability to handle high-value HNI and corporate clients with professional poise.Technical: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and standard CRM tools.Attitude: A /"problem-solver/" mindset with the patience to handle complex documentation and client grievances.
