We believe in Confidence over all skin & body biases.Come, join the pack!Job Summary:Data Analysts will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document,and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. The ideal candidate will analyzecomplex datasets, develop dashboards and reports, and translate business needs intoactionable insights to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define KPIsAnalyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvementWrite complex MySQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysisDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business usersPerform data analysis and automation using Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)Translate business problems into analytical solutions and data modelsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reportsDocument business requirements, data definitions, and analytical logicQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering,or related field3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data AnalystStrong expertise in MySQL (joins, subqueries, indexing, performance tuning)Hands-on experience with Python for data analysisStrong experience in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualizations)Ability to convert data insights into clear business recommendationsExperience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentationStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with other databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) is plusWhy Join Us?Fast-growing D2C business with real ownership and visibilityDynamic work culture with endless learning opportunitiesOpportunity to make a direct impact on brand growth
