We’re hiring a Brand & E-commerce Creative Designer for an early-stage premium D2C wellness/nutraceutical startup.This is not a generic graphic design role. We’re looking for someone who can work across packaging, ecommerce, ads, and brand communication with strong design taste and clear thinking.You should be able to create work that looks premium, feels trustworthy, and performs well across different customer touchpoints.Responsibilities :Design packaging and product labelsCreate Amazon / marketplace listing images and A+ contentCreate D2C website banners, landing page sections, and product page creativesDesign Meta ad creatives and campaign visual assetsCreate social media posts and launch creativesHandle basic motion graphics / short video editsUse AI tools for ideation and content production where helpfulMaintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpointsRequirements:2 to 5 years of relevant experienceStrong portfolio with packaging, ecommerce, and ad creativesExperience with D2C brands preferredExperience in wellness, beauty, skincare, FMCG, or nutraceuticals is a strong plusStrong design taste with the ability to keep work premium, clean, and conversion-focusedAbility to think beyond aesthetics and understand hierarchy, trust, and communicationComfortable working in a startup environment with speed, ownership, and iterationProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or FigmaBasic motion/video editing skillsFamiliarity with AI tools for creative ideation or production is a plusExperience with 3D mockups is a plusWhat will make someone stand out:Has worked on a consumer brand that sells onlineUnderstands Amazon, D2C, and performance marketing creativesCan explain the logic behind design decisionsCan simplify complex information visuallyCan build systems, not just one-off creativesCompensation:₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per monthBased on experience, relevance, and portfolio qualityInitial hiring may begin with a structured trial / probation periodTo apply, please share:PortfolioResume / LinkedInCurrent locationCurrent compensationExpected compensationNotice periodA short note on the most relevant brands / projects you’ve worked on
