Teams regularly coordinate across multidisciplinary consultant ecosystems to ensure that projects move from concept to completion without compromising design intent.As the studio continues to expand its project portfolio, it is strengthening its execution leadership layer – designers who can confidently manage project modules, lead client-facing workshops, and coordinate complex teams while protecting the integrity of the design vision.This environment is best suited for professionals who enjoy high-complexity interior architecture rather than cookie-cutter interiors.Role SummaryThis is an execution-led interior architect role responsible for driving projects from concept freeze through execution and handover.This role sits at the core of the studio’s project delivery system – ensuring that design intent translates cleanly into built outcomes through strong consultant coordination, client-room clarity, and disciplined timeline governance.The person in this role will work closely with senior design leadership while gradually taking ownership of project modules and client-facing interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn project execution from concept freeze to project handoverLead operational discussions in client workshops and review meetingsMaintain timeline governance and communicate delays proactivelyCoordinate with multiple consultants including MEP and specialist teamsManage material coordination within a collaborative design environmentTrack regulatory and statutory milestones where relevantEnsure documentation discipline and adherence to studio processesSupport senior design leadership in scaling project delivery capacityCandidate ProfileExperience7–12 years of experience in interior architecture project executionExposure to large-scale projects (30,000+ sq ft)Experience in developer-led or structured real estate environments preferredPreferred ExposureMixed-use, hospitality, or high-end residential interior architectureWorking with international or multi-disciplinary consultantsComplex project ecosystems involving multiple stakeholdersIf this opportunity aligns with your experience, we would be happy to hear from you.
